
Nairobi Tops National HIV Infection Report, New Data Shows

Kenya has recorded a 19 percent rise in new HIV infections, with Nairobi and several western counties reporting the highest numbers. Fresh NSDCC data shows youth aged 15–34 account for most new cases, while national HIV prevalence stands at 3 percent, with rising HIV-related deaths.
